Cancellation Policy

At Thozha Clothing, customers may request cancellation of an order subject to the following conditions.

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may follow the applicable return and refund policy after receiving the product.

3. Cancellation by Thozha Clothing

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons including:

• Product being unavailable
• Incorrect or inaccurate product pricing
• Incorrect customer information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Delivery restrictions
• Unforeseen circumstances affecting order fulfilment

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
